Prayers & Prayer Requests

Prayer requests should be sent to John Allen at jja23321@gmail.com or call John at 757-373-9567. All Elders will be advised of the request. Unless otherwise requested, prayer requests may be published on the church site, TSChurch.net, or disseminated in other ways as appropriate.

Individual prayers, with the anointing of oil, if desired, will be available during the closing song at each service. Additionally, parishioners may request prayer in accordance with James: 5: 13-15 which states:

13 Is anyone among you in trouble? Let them pray. Is anyone happy? Let them sing songs of praise. 14 Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. 15 And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven.
